The idea was to create an application that would encourage socialization through sharing recipes. Built on the Ionic Framework, it was my first full stack application. Student Organic Farm Leftovers Application

Duration: 2017

“How does one get produce to people who may want it before it needs to either be given to the employees or tossed in the compost heap?”
At the time this is what I was tasked with figuring out. I had gotten the role through volunteering at said farm, and took the project on as an extension of said volunteer work. If I were to go back and revisit the project, I would basically make it an alert based system. Once the stand has begun closing, they list the produce that is left over, and send out an alert saying that it is being sold at a reduced price. And in order to make certain the system is not abused, it would be set up on an invitational basis.

Fair Lumber Company

Duration: 2012 - 2018

A small construction firm that still holds a special place in my heart. The owner was a family friend, and gave me the web design “internship” when I was fresh out of high school. Eventually, I became the firm’s exclusive web developer/strategist. The site was always a simple affair, starting off as a static HTML site, and transitioning into a wordpress site. And I worked with the code for so long that I could recreate the thing from memory if needed.
